Cancellation Policy
Appointment must be cancelled 24 hours before set appointment time. Same day cancellation will result in a 30% service booked fee. I am very understanding, just please let me know ahead of time so you can reschedule and valuable time is not wasted.
No call, no shows will result in a 50% charge of service booked. Two no call, no shows = Blocked from booking.
10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD - after grace period you will be charged $10 late fee
15 minutes past set appointment time with no heads up will result in appointment being cancelled and charged as no show, no call.
40% of lash extensions must be remaining for fills, anything less will be charged as full set.
No foreign fills, No refunds, No extra guests.
